If you're just starting out with SkinMason, we generally recommend applying the products just once per day - most customers find the mornings an easier time to do their routine, but the evening is also fine.

Yes - SkinMason products can be used alongside other skincare products. We know what it's like to have finally found that perfect product and you shouldn't need to give it up! That being said, SkinMason was designed to not need any other products - SkinMason Complete is a full skin routine designed to tackle all of the most common concerns.

If you have any concerns about mixing products, we recommend consulting a dermatologist.

If you're using a traditional facial cleanser and our SkinMason Cleansing Pads, make sure to start with your traditional cleanser, rinse and dry the face, and then apply the cleansing pads (no rinse required!)

SkinMason Complete is great for all skin types - including sensitive, dry, oily, and combination skin.

If you have any concerns with how your skin will react to the products, we recommend to both spot test the products on patches of skin, and also to only use them every second day for the first 5-6 days to allow your skin to acclimate to the new routine.
