Shipping and Refund Policy

This Shipping, Refund and Exchanges Policy is incorporated by reference to the Skin Mason Terms of Use found here https://skinmason.com/policies/terms-of-service (“Terms”) and is subject to the Terms. Any capitalized terms used in this policy but not otherwise defined will have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

This policy may be updated from time to time in SkinMason’s discretion by providing you with notice in accordance with the Terms, and such changes will come into effect after the applicable notice period.

Shipping

Products purchased on the Site will generally be shipped to you by our third party fulfillment service provider. Any shipping dates or timeframes provided are estimates only and subject to change. All products will be shipped in the order in which order confirmations have been issued to SkinMason’s customers, including you. The date of shipping does not guarantee the date of receipt. The actual delivery date to you will depend on the shipping method selected and available to you during your order.

Delivery

SkinMason will arrange to deliver the products in your order to the address you provided in your order. SkinMason reserves the right to investigate (or to retain a third party to investigate) any claims or returns on the basis of incorrect delivery procedure and false information. In the unlikely event that your order arrives with visible damage to the exterior packaging, you may either take delivery or refuse the shipment.

If your Product was received in error, or in damaged condition or other than in apparent good order, please contact SkinMason immediately at info@skinmason.com.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

SkinMason offers a limited 45 day refund period (the “Refund Period”) for all products purchased from the Site for any reason without requiring a return of the purchased product, subject to SkinMason’s acceptance in its sole discretion.

While SkinMason will endeavour to accept valid requests for refunds, it may, in its discretion, refuse to accept your request for a refund, including in the event SkinMason believes there is a misuse of the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee program.

The Refund Period applicable to a Product commences when SkinMason receives notice from its shipping agent that the applicable Product has been delivered to you. To request a refund, you must, within the Refund Period, contact SkinMason at support@skinmason.com during business hours to request a refund under the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee program.
